Jason Young presents “Culturetopia” at the Forum


Jason Young has been called a “rare breed” when it comes to developing leaders and customer service initiatives. As a former senior-level manager at Southwest Airlines, Jason learned the value of a successful workplace culture. Rob McIsaac Returns to the 2018 Client Forum

Rob McIsaac is a Senior Vice President of Research and Consulting at Novarica with expertise in IT leadership and transformation as well as technology and business strategy for life, annuities, wealth management, and banking. He has broad experience in IT strategy and management in the insurance and financial services industries.

Prior to joining Novarica, he served in a series of senior technology management positions including leading the Business Transformation Office at Nationwide Insurance and as the CIO for First Citizens Bank, a rapidly growing regional firm based in Raleigh, NC. Rob spent the majority of his career at Guardian Life, where he was the Divisional CIO responsible for annuity, distribution and broker dealer operations and at Prudential Insurance, where he held a variety of positions including leading e-Business development efforts.

Rob holds a BA in Economics from Montclair State University, an MBA in Information Systems from Seton Hall University and has received a number of business and technical designations including FLMI and LLIF. He can be reached directly at rmcisaac@novarica.com.

Jason Hudes presents the COLI/BOLI update at Client Forum


Jason Hudes, CFA Managing Director, Head of Platform Development, Retail Insurance Team

Jason is a Managing Director and Head of Platform Development with primary responsibility for supporting and enhancing the firm’s strategic insurance subadvisory, retirement, variable annuity, bank owned life insurance (BOLI), company owned life insurance (COLI), and private placement insurance relationships. Prior to rejoining the Platform Solutions Group, he was responsible for relationship management and business development for a number of retirement platform, retirement advisory, and mid-market consultant platforms. Previous to that role, he was a business development and key accounts associate where he supported the prospecting of new business opportunities in the subadvisory market, as well as supporting the relationship management effort of existing clients. Prior to joining GSAM, Jason worked in the Equities Division in Global Clearing & Execution Services as a client service representative for a number of broker dealer relationships. Jason joined the firm in June 2003 upon receiving a BS in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2008.

The Forum Welcomes David Hollingsworth


David Hollingsworth is the Senior Director of Public Policy and Content Development at AALU. Before joining AALU in 2014, David served as a policy advisor in the House of Representatives for six years – serving three Congressmen – in addition to working as a capital markets analyst at a DC think tank. David graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and received a Masters of Public Affairs from the University of Texas.
