Thomas Brown is responsible for overseeing maintenance of the organization’s corporate fiscal records and processes.
Thomas’s responsibilities primarily include, establishing accounting policies and procedures and ensuring all fiscal transactions are executed and documented in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). As well as conducting financial analysis and projections, Thomas will also be focused on improving financial processes to be efficient and accurate. Thomas will work closely with the CFO on Andesa’s budgeting and compensation module.
Thomas comes to Andesa with more than fifteen years of experience as a senior level manager responsible for implementing and restructuring of financial support functions, cost reduction initiatives, acquisition reviews, system upgrades and planning . His extensive background in finance and management brings added strength to Andesa’s management team.
Thomas earned his CPA license (currently inactive) and has his Bachelors in Accounting, Cum Laude from Messiah College where he received the PICPA award as the top accounting graduate. Thomas went on to earn his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
