In our constant efforts to develop true partnership relationships with our clients, Andesa is excited to announce two promotions and changes to its satisfaction measurement processes.
Chris Shalbert has been promoted to Chief Implementation Officer with responsibility for implementing all technology initiatives that align with client requests and opportunities. Andesa’s Analysts and Development team resources will report through Chris’s division as we continue to foster innovation, prioritize IT initiatives and deploy resources for current and future applications across the organization.
Steve Budihas has been promoted to Director of Business Operations in order to support our role of growing the service functions of Andesa and pursuing additional BPO opportunities. Steve’s extensive operational experience will be leveraged to lead continuous improvement of our service models, expand the scope of our offerings and ensure service level agreements are exceeded.
Finally, we are embarking on a different model for measuring client satisfaction. We have engaged IBIS Associates to conduct phone interviews to identify opportunities to improve service operations and understand how we might better serve our client’s needs. In addition, and as part of a Strategic Technology Plan phase to improve the user experience of our applications, Think Brownstone will be conducting an internet based end user survey focusing on preferences and enhancements. Both of these efforts will be conducted before the end of September to allow feedback for 2016 planning efforts.
These changes represent continued alignment of our Business Solutions, Release Management and Client Services Teams as a continuation of our “Enhance the Client Experience” strategic efforts. We are very excited about these changes and the possibilities they represent.
