Life Insurance Business Processing Operations Specialist

The BPO Specialist will be responsible for sorting, scanning, data entry and data verification for both policy administration and business processing outsourcing clients.

 

Duties Include:

  • Sorting and scanning incoming documents both in paper and electronic form
  • Utilizing imaging system and providing verification of captured data
  • Auditing data capture and entry transactions
  • Executing policy administration automatic transaction process
  • Analyzing, researching, and resolving business and/or system operations issues
  • Updating issue tracking system
  • Answering incoming questions and requests
  • Creating and processing work transactions using knowledge of plans, products, systems, and procedures
  • Systematically analyzing policy transactions and adjusts company records to reflect corrections
  • Updating and maintaining operations procedure manuals to reflect system upgrades and process changes

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Admin. or related discipline
  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of at least two (2) years similar experience

Hours of work: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday
