Andesa Services, Inc., held its Client Forum on September 22 and 23 at the beautiful Bear Creek Mountain Resort & Conference Center in Macungie, PA to provide its clients with insight into recent organizational accomplishments and to showcase development efforts.
In attendance were some of the country’s largest insurance companies representing a significant portion of the COLI/BOLI market. Andesa provided its view on the state of the Corporate Life market while the attendees were able to share their respective experiences with Andesa’s services and to exchange best practices.
The group discussed process and efficiency gains through the employment of Andesa’s outsourced service and technology capabilities which was punctuated by a case study of post-conversion results. Andesa further highlighted return on investment elements such as reduction in customer service calls, improved quality assurance, and making the carrier easier to do business with from the distributor’s perspective.
Andesa also displayed its most recent research and development efforts, highlighted by product demonstrations of its widely used web-based service tools.
