Ridinger will be a key contributor to the development and execution of the company’s growth and marketing strategies. In addition to serving the needs of existing clients, Ridinger will cultivate new business opportunities by guiding carriers and producers through Andesa’s growing suite of cloud-based offerings.
Ridinger, a seasoned sales professional, comes to Andesa with more than 30 years of experience in the insurance and IT industries. He most recently served as Sales Director for NIIT Technologies, an IT solutions organization serving several high-growth and high-tech sectors. Ridinger spent time as an analyst and consultant at two large insurance carriers: Cigna and Reliance Insurance.
He holds a BBA degree in Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
