Andesa Services Inc. announced today that Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC), a nationally recognized diversified financial services company, has contracted for the implementation of Andesa’s Participant and Policy Owner Portal System (POPS) to support its Executive Benefits division.
Andesa’s latest suite of services will enable Lincoln to provide streamlined transaction capabilities, including internet-based enrollment, automated new business submission, as well as providing a way for users to manage policies in a self-service model.
POPS will eventually be fully integrated with existing Lincoln technology platforms, thus providing enhanced functionality for distributors, plan sponsors and plan participants. Furthermore, the new system benefits Lincoln and its distributors through elimination of redundant data entry and increased efficiency in reporting capabilities.
“Our investment in this project demonstrates Lincoln’s ongoing commitment to the Executive Benefits market,” said David Bensinger, Vice President and National Sales Manager for Executive Benefits for Lincoln Financial Distributors. “Our number one priority at Lincoln is to ensure our clients are able to grow their practice and succeed in any business cycle. This effort underscores our dedication to continuously finding ways to make it easier for our partners to do business with us, and quickly meet their clients’ specific needs.”
“We are pleased to expand our long-standing partnership relationship with Lincoln”, said Vince Collier, Andesa’s Executive Vice President-Distribution Services. “POPS has been a part of Andesa’s technology vision for a number of years and we are thrilled to bring it to market.”
Lincoln Financial has been a client of Andesa since 1994 and subscribes to Andesa’s full-suite of integrated sales support and policy administration services.
