Thank you for participating in Andesa Services, Inc.'s Client Forum for 2026.
By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that Andesa and its event providers may record, film, livestream, photograph, or otherwise capture your likeness in any media created in connection with the event or its materials. Portions of the event may be made available to participants, as well as to Andesa's employees, advisors, or prospective clients, both during and after the event. Andesa may use, edit, reproduce, or distribute this media for its business purposes without further approval from you and without compensation. This may include use in internal and external newsletters, social media, marketing materials, and other communications.
Andesa may also provide certain event materials, including recordings and other media, to participants during or after the event. These materials are for personal use and reference only. Any commercial use, public distribution, or sharing of these materials requires Andesa’s prior written consent in each instance.
Participants may not record, photograph, or otherwise capture any one-on-one meetings, group discussions, virtual networking, or other participant interactions without the prior written consent of all individuals involved.
Client Forum events are dynamic and may require changes to the program and materials. Andesa may, at its sole discretion, modify any aspect of the event, including program content, speakers, and scheduling, as needed
By registering for the event, participants consent to having their contact information shared with other participants through inclusion in the event’s participant list or related materials. Any participant list or related materials are provided solely for personal, confidential reference and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed.
Andesa is committed to providing a harassment-free, professional, and respectful event experience. Participants are expected to uphold this standard throughout the event. If you have concerns at any time, please reach out to our team so we can address them promptly.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the event. Andesa and the venue are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All participants must follow venue safety rules and staff instructions.
