Andesa Welcomes Banks Forester as President and Chief Transformation Officer

Banks brings extensive experience scaling enterprise software companies and leading complex business transformations. He joins Andesa from Wellspring, a private equity-owned global provider of intellectual property and innovation management solutions, where he served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Programs and Operations. Earlier in his career, he was a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, Accenture, and Ernst & Young, advising B2B software companies on growth and go-to-market strategy, operational excellence, M&A and post-merger integration, customer experience, and digital enablement.
