Andesa Becomes Corporate Member Of Forum For Ethics In The Workplace

Andesa Services, a leading provider of comprehensive, integrated policy administration, plan administration and support solutions for life insurance and annuity carriers and producers, is excited to announce its membership in the Forum for Ethics in the Workplace, a nonprofit subsidiary of DeSales University in Center Valley, Pa.

Founded in 2000, the Forum focuses on ethical issues facing the region’s workplaces. It strives to provide opportunities for community members to come together to study, reflect and discuss workplace ethics and act upon these issues.

“More than anything else, it is possible to trace Andesa’s success to ethical business practices,” said Ron Scheese, President and CEO of Andesa. “More than 30 years ago, our company was founded on the fundamental premise that it exists to create an environment within which employees and managers can excel for the benefit of clients, shareholders and themselves. That vision rings as true today as it did in 1983. We look forward to contributing to the discussion at the Forum for Ethics in the Workplace, both to share our experiences and learn from those of others.”
